Meeting Information

Our monthly membership meetings are held at Famularo's Catering. There is a short, half hour, Executive Board meeting held just before the general meeting to address any last minute issues before the regular meeting. The general meeting starts at 7:30pm.The picture below was taken looking East.

Our monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at Famularo's Catering, Mount Pocono, PA. Famularo's is located two and one half (2 1/2) miles East of Mount Pocono on PA940. Go to the bottom of the hill - Famularo’s is on the right across from Caesars Paradise Stream Resort. Each Active member must attend 50% of the general monthly membership meetings. Since we are an independant racing organization our membership guides the operation of the Club. Organizations that are part of a national group, such as QMA, have their rules set at the national level. Being an independant group, our rules are set by our members which is why meeting attendance is important.

Furthermore, it gives all members an opportunity to discuss problems, suggest solutions, or just provide input. Our meetings are open to the general public and drivers are welcome as well. Some members work second shift and others have to travel a significant distance. If you have a meeting attendance issue, please let the Secretary know so we can work with you. Your meeting attendance could result in fines due before the banquet.

At the end of each year we hold a banquet at which time each driver is awarded a "package". The package is based on attendance at events and not wins. To receive a full "package" at the end of the racing season the driver must attend and participate in 70% of the track events.
